Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card or PayPal with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secured. CleanDirt website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

• - Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped

STANDARD

• Fee: Complimentary for all orders
• Delivery Timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
  • - If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  • - Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
  • - Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping
    
    
    

EXPRESS

• Fee: $15 for all orders under $3,000 | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
• Delivery Timing: 1-4 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
  • - If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  • - Some zip codes are not available for this service

Signature Required

Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.

The above processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on www.cleandirtclothing.com; Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices reflect U.S. currency. All orders are shipped by UPS.

Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores 

Returns

1. Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My CleanDirt account
2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
3. Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location
